Fruit is the perfect food, requires a minimum amount of energy to be digested and gives your body the maximum return.
It is the only food that makes your brain work.
The fruit is mainly fructose (which can be easily converted to glucose), in most cases water is 90-95%.
That means you are cleaning and feeding at the same time
The only problem with fruits, is that most people do not know how to eat, so to allow your body to assimilate nutrients effectively.
It should always eat fruit on an empty stomach why?
The reason is that the fruits in principle, are not digested in the stomach, are digested in the small intestine.
Fruits pass quickly through the stomach, hence pass into the intestine, where they release their sugars.
And if any meat, potatoes or starches in the stomach, fruits are prey and they begin to ferment.
If you ate a fruit for dessert after dinner and spent the rest of the night with heaviness in the stomach and an unpleasant taste in your mouth, is because you did not eat the right way.
